All Ranger™ toolboxes and cabinets feature high-grade 16-gauge and 18-gauge steel cabinets and drawers. Welded continuous beam construction and rolled edges for better durability, added strength and safety. Solid aluminum and plated steel hardware set off the triple-baked powder coat paint finish that resists scratches, oil, dirt and most solvents. Finger-release drawer locks on the slides allow drawer removal for cleaning. Rugged, full extension, double acting HD-chrome ball bearing drawer slides permit smooth, full drawer extension. Slide limit stops keep drawer from extending beyond the chest frame.
Each tool storage unit features full-length brushed aluminum drawer handles that incorporate replaceable drawer identification labels with see-through plastic covers. Padded rubber drawer liners come standard. Large tubular steel push/pull handles for easy handling. Heavy-gauge steel top, bottom and back panels are securely welded to the internal cage constructed sidewalls for maximum strength.

One-piece bottom panels are welded outside the cabinet giving the cabinet a solid foundation to help absorb bumps and eliminate stress on the cabinet spot welds. Easy-roll, low-drag, heavy-duty fixed and swivel urethane casters with toe brake can be used in most wet or corrosive environments. |
